Our Founder

Doris Chan is the founder of London Adventures, a boutique travel planning service helping curious travellers explore London and beyond. She moved from Hong Kong to England at 15 and has lived in Greenwich for over 30 years. Her first signature Historic Greenwich Walking Tour grew from her own neighbourhood and remains a guest favourite today.

Doris’s love of travel came from her father, who ran a successful agency in Hong Kong for over 30 years. She launched London Adventures in 2023, inspired by his legacy and her passion for storytelling and history. Her experience spans more than twenty years in the global hotel and hospitality industry.

At London Adventures, Doris and her team help travellers explore London like a local through personalised itineraries, neighbourhood walks, and practical travel advice.
They showcase highlights such as Big Ben, Tower Bridge, and Westminster Abbey, along with hidden markets and historic pubs. Guests also discover quirky neighbourhoods and fascinating day trips beyond the city.
